Your first visit begins with a thorough health intake consultation. Jessica will ask about your health history, current concerns, lifestyle, and goals for the session. This helps her tailor the treatment specifically to your needs. You'll then have privacy to undress to your comfort level and get settled on the massage table under a sheet and blanket. Throughout the session, only the area being worked on is exposed — your comfort and modesty are always respected.

Arrive a few minutes early for your first visit to complete your intake form. Avoid eating a heavy meal within an hour of your appointment. Stay hydrated before and after your session. Wear comfortable clothing you can easily change out of. Most importantly, come with an open mind and let Jessica know about any areas of concern or discomfort.

You'll be asked to undress to your comfort level — most clients undress fully or leave underwear on. You'll be properly draped with a sheet and blanket at all times, and only the area being worked on will be uncovered. If you're uncomfortable with any aspect of draping, simply let Jessica know and she'll accommodate your preferences.

No referral is needed to book a massage appointment. However, if you're planning to submit for insurance reimbursement, some plans may require a physician's referral. We recommend checking with your insurance provider beforehand.
